During a week of golf on the 18 holes Meribel and Megeve mountain courses we paid a visit to Courchevel airport as well where a couple of planes where practising starts and landings at the very impressive altiport of Courchevel. Once committed to land there is no alternative any more; going around in the final stage is not an option.In 2008 we did it ourselves in the Musquetaire III from Altiport Meribel with Jerome, more coverage from that in a later blog.
